My name is Shantel and I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve battled with my weight on and off since I in was in college. I tried fad diets, water fasting, you name it, I’m sure I’ve tried it at least once! After being stressed out about life and my place in it, I started going to the gym.
