The 90 day online training program consists of workouts covering 30 days including rest days that focus on full body, arms, legs, abs, and booty work! Each month a new set of workouts will be provided depending on progression in the previous month.
Workouts can be done at home or in a gym setting, depending on your preference.
With this program you will have access to a private Facebook support page and access to Shantel 27/4.
This is a subscription program that renews ever 3 months. Subscription service can be cancelled at any time.
